"I recently dined at Channel(ቻናል) and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with beautiful Ethiopian decor that made me feel right at home. The service was attentive and friendly,(ስንቴ) making sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. I ordered the “kitfo and shekla tibes” which was incredibly flavorful and perfectly spiced. The injera was fresh and had a great texture, perfect for scooping up the stews. I also tried the vegetarian platter, which offered a wonderful variety of dishes, each with unique flavors. Overall, I highly recommend Channel(ቻናል)for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Ethiopian cuisine in a cozy setting. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!" Its nice place with good customer service and a lovely Ethiopian food. And they do have a nice traditional coffee ceremony.
